 The prestigious Loschmidt-Prize, named after the Austrian physicists and chemist Josef Loschmidt, is awarded every year by the Austrian Chemical and Physical Society to PhD graduates for excellent dissertations.
This year’s Loschmidt-Prize was awarded to Gernot Fasching for this dissertation on TeraHertz semi-conductor lasers and quantum dots at the Photonics Institute of the Technical University Vienna. |
