The "L'ORÉAL Austria For Women in Science Fellowship" is an extension of the international "L'ORÉAL-UNESCO For Women in Science" program. Kerstin Hummer was awarded the fellowship in a ceremony held at the Austrian Academy of Sciences on October 21st, 2008.
Aim of the program is to support excellent young female PhD students and female Post Docs to encourage their university careers and to make female scientists more visible to the public. |
